Leasing & Application Process
Applications can be submited via our website at www.fuzelucan.com by selecting your desired floorplan and clicking the Lease Now button. You may also contact our office for a direct link to an application.
We request basic contact information, a copy of Government Issued ID (Driver's license or Passport), and two most recent pay-stubs from your place of employment. For retirees, we may request other documents for proof-of-income.
Our criteria is that your monthly rental amount should not exceed 40% of your monthly income. In some instances, we may require a guarantor (also known as a co-signer).
Yes, all applications will go through a credit screening process.
